Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items can be returned within 30 days as long as it is provided with a receipt/proof of purchase. Any item returned must be in its original condition.
Charges may vary depending on product type/damage(s) on item.
For Massage Chairs, since white glove delivery and installation is initially free, we charge a $600 NON-REFUNDABLE fee to pick up, re-package, and bring back the equipment. All accessories (including power cord and manuals) must be returned as well.
For Kimchi Refrigerators, returns or issues can be claimed within 14 days of receipt new/unused items. The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item has been opened/used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected.
If the item is damaged or defective, an exact exchange of the item will be provided to the customer at no cost.
