Return Policy

HITRONS Return Policy:

Our goal at HITRONS is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you'd like to return an item:

Original Condition: By 'original condition', we mean the item is undamaged and includes all accessories that came with it. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Kimchi Refrigerators:

  • We accept returns or issues claimed within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are new/unused and in their original packaging.
  • The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item has been opened/used, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected.
  • If your refrigerator arrives damaged or defective, we will provide an exact exchange at no additional cost to you.

Massage Chairs and Miniature Massage Chairs:

  • Our massage chairs may be returned within 30 days, provided you have your receipt/proof of purchase.
  • The chair must be returned in its original condition.
  • We have a 30% restocking fee on all massage chairs and miniature massage chairs that have been delivered and installed (this includes a nonrefundable White Glove Delivery Service)
  • If your massage chair is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for an exact exchange at no cost to you.

Foot Massagers:

  • Foot Massagers may be returned within 7 days of purchase, with receipt/proof of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.
  • Please note that if the Foot Massager has been used or opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back in original packaging with all original accessories and booklets.
  • Refund will be issued after inspection of the product.
  • If your Foot Massager arrives damaged or defective, we will provide an exact exchange at no additional cost to you.

White Glove Delivery Service:

  • Our White Glove Delivery Service is a complete in-home delivery service that includes bringing the product inside your home (limited to 1 flight of stairs unless mentioned otherwise on Sales Invoice) and removal of packing debris.
  • Please note that our White Glove Delivery Service fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Process:

  • After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process can take between 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
  • Please note, any returned item must be in its original packaging, even if opened. This ensures the item remains undamaged during the return shipping process.
