Q: How does the delivery/installation for massage chairs work? Does someone drop it off in front of my house? Do I need it to install it myself?
A: HITRONS provides delivery, white glove delivery and repair services throughout the East Coast (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina)
All massage chairs purchased from HITRONS will be delivered, installed in the room of your choice, and given proper instructions & tutorials on how to use your new massage chair!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any item can be returned within 30 days if it is returned along with a receipt. Any item returned must be in perfect condition. For massage chairs, since delivery and installation is initially free, we charge a $600 NON-REFUNDABLE fee to pick up, re-package, and bring back the equipment. All accessories (including power cord and manuals) must be returned as well.
Q: How does the financing work?
A: Financing is done through Synchrony Bank. The customer fills out a finance agreement form and Synchrony Bank handles it from there. All monthly payments are made to Synchrony Financial.

For Kimchi Refrigerators, returns or issues can be claimed within 14 days of receipt new/unused items. The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item has been opened/used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected.
If the item is damaged or defective, an exact exchange of the item will be provided to the customer at no cost.
